After working in manufacturing for more than 31 years, over 20 of those years in Rotational Molding and getting the opportunity to own and operate Ohio Rotational Molding along with a Dynamic partner was a lifelong dream.

  • 1986: Bryan began his career working as a back-shift machine operator at a Latex dipping operation

  • 1987: Was promoted to a Group Leader, overseeing a back-shift.

  • 1989: Bryan was promoted to Production Manager overseeing a three-shift operation.

  • 1990: By the age of 23, Bryan was promoted to Plant Manager overseeing two production facilities and over 100 employees.

  • 1996: Bryan was hired as a Shift Supervisor for a Rotational Molding company.

  • 1999: Was promoted to 1st Shift Supervisor overseeing a two back shift supervisors. 2001: Promoted to Plant Manager and overseeing a three-shift operation.

  • 2011: Moved into a Sales Manager position that increased sales and directed sales team.

  • 2017: Achieved lifetime goals of ownership and partner of Ohio Rotational Molding.
Throughout Bryan's career he has loved working with people, either in a productions setting or as customers. Allowing him to develop and nurture relationships to achieve personal and company goals to satisfying everyone's needs.
