Ohio Rotational Molding is a quality driven company that provides full quality control throughout the manufacturing process. We provide quality inspections on each shift, including quality documentation and record keeping to ensure consistent and repeatable quality inspections.

In order to meet or exceed your expectations on all products, we follow a Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) before introducing into the production environment. If required, a Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA) can be performed. Our quality programs can be completely customized to fit your needs, including Control Plans and Full Dimensional Layouts, to ensure zero defects. We will do what is needed to reach our goal of meeting or exceeding your exceptions.
